Ashley Mae Sebera is a professional wrestler, bodybuilder, gymnast, fitness competition, and model from the United States. She was born on November 29, 1988. She’s a WWE performer that goes by the ring name Dana Brooke and competes on the Raw brand.
Sebera joined WWE in July 2013 and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, as well as the developmental brand NXT. After allying with Emma, she was promoted to the WWE’s main roster in 2016, where she began allying with Charlotte Flair and subsequently “Titus Worldwide,” which included Apollo Crews and Titus O’Neil. Brooke began to make more appearances after her transfer to SmackDown in 2019, where she was placed in a programme with Lacey Evans in this feud with Bayley and Sasha Banks; Brooke also re-signed with the WWE for another five years. Ashley Mae Sebera was born in Cleveland’s Seven Hills neighbourhood on November 29, 1988. Sebera began her career as a diver and later added gymnastics to her repertoire.
She stopped gymnastics after badly damaging her ankles and turned to bodybuilding and fitness competitions after working as an athlete for more than 18 years. Sebera earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion, merchandising, and design as well as a minor in business administration from Kent State University (KSU) in early 2011. She opened her own boutique using her fashion diploma.
In mid-2011, Sebera won many National Physique Committee (NPC) competitions, and in 2012, she got a pro card from the International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness (IFBB). Sebera has competed in the Arnold Classic several times, placing 12th in 2013, 13th in 2015, and 14th in 2016.
In July 2013, Sebera signed a deal with WWE, and she was assigned to the WWE Performance Center and developmental brand NXT in Orlando, Florida, where she took on the ring name Dana Brooke. Brooke debuted for NXT in a backstage scene with Tyler Breeze at NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way. Brooke made her professional wrestling in-ring debut at an NXT live event a week later, teaming up with Sasha Banks in a losing effort against Alexa Bliss and Bayley in a tag-team match.
Brooke debuted on the main roster on Raw on May 9, 2016, when she helped Emma assault Lynch backstage, then three days later on SmackDown, Brooke defeated Lynch with the help of Emma in Brooke’s first singles match on the main roster. Brooke’s relationship with Emma came to an abrupt end just a few days later, when Emma sustained a legitimate back injury during a WWE live event. Brooke interfered in Charlotte and Natalya’s Women’s Championship match at Extreme Rules on May 22, depriving Natalya of the opportunity to reclaim the title. Brooke sided with Charlotte the next night on Raw, who had turned on her father Ric Flair that night.
On September 28, 2020, Brooke was traded back to Raw, where she teamed up with Mandy Rose to create a tag team. In their debut tag-team bout, they beat Natalya and Lana together.
