Theodore Desmond Chiam Was born in Australia on July 30, 1987, and is an actor who is most known for his roles as Wyatt Cole on the television show Reef Break, General Riga in the television series The Shannara Chronicles, and Dovich in the film The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
