Madhuurima banerjee made her first ever filmy debut with a guest appearance in the 2009 bollywood film ‘Toss: A Flip of Destiny‘.This film was directed by Ramesh Khatkar and it was VJ Rannvijay Singh’s debut film.After that Madhuurima went on to act in three south indian projects in the next one year, including the female lead role in Vamsy’s Saradaga Kasepu and a cameo role in the movie ‘Orange’ , which was directed by Bhaskar. However,these three films didn’t helped her career.
After that Madhuurima appeared in the bollywood comedy movie ‘Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal’ which was directed by the director Priyadarshan .KDM was a moderate success for madhuurima so after that film she went on to act in many self-made Telugu south indian films. In the year 2016, she changed her name to Nyra Banerjee and appeared with that name in the movie ‘One Night Stand’ opposite actor Tanuj Virwani and the famous hot actress Sunny Leone. She worked as an assistant director with the director Tony D’Souza for his film Azhar .
