Bianca Blair (born 9 April 1989) is an American professionally engaged wrestler who is currently signed into the WWE and performs under the ring name Bianca Belair in its NXT development area.

Blair was a track and field athlete, notably a hurdler, and she has been present at three universities all over what ESPN reporter Sean Hurd termed ‘a tumultuous six year track career.’ She originally studied at the University of South Carolina and then at Texas A&M University, but afterwards she didn’t participate for a year until she finished her university career in Tennessee, where she became all-SA and all-American and in 2011 and 2012 she was appointed to SEC’s academic honorary list. She also played as a CrossFit competitor and powerlifter in RX magazine, Femme Rouge magazine and CrossFit.com. Blair was compelled by intercostal chondritis, also known as shifting rib disease, to discontinue his career in CrossFit.

For Blair, shortly after the premature end of his CrossFit career, she placed her information in the WWE prospects database “more on an intrigue than with an actual strategy.” Less than two weeks later, Mark Henry, 20-year WWE veteran, who found Blair on the CrossFit circuit, sent a social media message indicating that he could try her out, but stressed that she must complete the work. On April 12, 2016, Blair signed a deal with WWE after two official attempts and was assigned to the WWE Performance Centre.

Blair made her first appearance at an NXT home event on June 25, 2016 during an in-ring segment. She made her in-ring debut on 29 September 2016 during a live NXT event with a losing effort against Aliyah. On 3 May 2017, on the NXT programme, Blair debuted on TV in a Royal fight to identify the NXT Women’s Championship No. 1, where Billie Kay and Peyton Royce eliminated them.

On June 23, Belair defeated the Mae Young Classic rider Aliyah. On July 13, in the opening round of the event, Belair defeated Sage Beckett. The next day, Kairi Sane eliminated Belair from the tournament in the second round. On 20 September 2017 Belair made her singles NXT TV debut, defeating Lacey Evans. On 9 June 2017, it was revealed that Blair has been hired by Montez Ford.
