Annie was born in 1997 Trondheim, Norway and was brought up in the waterfront town of Kristiansand. Annie’s dad, a congregation organist, kicked the bucket of disease when Annie was 7. After a progression of moves, Annie and her mom, an educator of English and religion, moved to Norway’s second biggest city Bergen when Annie was 13. At this point, Annie sang in ensembles.
At age 16, Annie and a gathering of companions shaped Suitcase, an outside the box musical gang. Bag just performed once, under the steady gaze of a board of judges for a music rivalry where they didn’t arrive at the finals. A couple of years after Suitcase’s initiation, Annie left the band when “different individuals needed to make trip jump.”
Annie went to auxiliary school until around 1997, when she started to DJ around Bergen, getting to know individuals from the Bergen music scene. During this time she met maker Mikal Tellé, proprietor of the Bergen-based Tellé record name, and Norwegian house maker Tore Andreas Kroknes, referred to expertly as DJ Erot.
