Laramie Cortez “Doc” Shaw (born April 24, 1992) is an American on-screen character, artist and rapper. He is 28 years old. He is most popular for playing Malik Payne in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, for which he won a Young Artist Award in 2009 for best-supporting execution in a TV arrangement. Shaw is additionally notable for his jobs as Marcus Little in The Suite Life on Deck and King Boomer in Pair of Kings.
In 2006, he earned the job of Malik Payne on the TBS sitcom, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne. Shaw’s character, Malik, is a clever young kid whose tricks frequently get him in a tough situation. He was a presenter at the 39th yearly NAACP Image Awards function in 2008.
He joined the cast of Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life on Deck for the show’s second season which started airing on August 7, 2009, despite the fact that he didn’t make his presentation until the scene “Roomies,” which disclosed on October 16, 2009.
