Chaunté, Sonequa Martin-Green (born March 21, 1985) is an actor and producer from the United States. She is most recognised for her appearances as Michael Burnham, the main character in the Star Trek: Discovery streaming television series, and as Sasha Williams on The Walking Dead. She had previously appeared in several independent films before landing her first recurring role on The Good Wife as Courtney Wells. Later, she had recurring parts on Once Upon a Time as Tamara and New Girl as Rhonda.
