Jennette Michelle Faye McCurdy is an American filmmaker, producer, writer, singer-songwriter, and former actor who was born on June 26, 1992. She is best known for her roles as Sam Puckett on the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly (2007–2012) and its spin-off series Sam & Cat (2013–2014).
